ASSRA is engaged in upliftment of village people who lived their lives uninformed about the happenings of the world. Working mainly for children, providing them education, health and providing a platform to show their talents. ASSRA is looking forward to help all the beneficiaries to settle in their life.
ASSRA Head office is located at Munirka, New Delhi. Its field offices are located at Patamda Block in East Singhbhum District of Jharkhand; Kandalei Village at Odisha and supporting Madhur Mayee Adarsha Sikshya Niketan (Managing a Hostel for the Children of Prisoners) at Plot No. 83 (pt.) near spl. Jail Staff Quarters Campus, Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
As a voluntary organization dealing with myriad problems at the grassroots, ASSRA emerged as an action-oriented organization after a long and intense interaction with the poor and marginalized. In fact, the organization is keen to utilize human resources as a positive catalyst for facilitating anted towards sustainable development through its manpower resources effective developmental process.
ASSRA is oriented to bring about development through the judicious utilization of local resources and appropriate indigenous processes to provide greater benefits to the local populace. In a nutshell, it is trying to initiate a constructive movement wherein it encourages and motivates young volunteers to take up development activities with total dedication to serve the society.
The Institution believes in helping those who are keen to help themselves. ASSRA is ready to support those who are well aware of their latent talents, problems as well as their resources. In fact, ASSRA wants to help those who are keen to come out of apathy for their own development and also benefit the communities they belong to.
